Drumsticks with black cherries and puree


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, chicken drumsticks (seasoned), garlic (sliced), cherries (black in light syrup (380 g)), chicken stock, olive oil, red onions (sliced), green cabbage (chopped), mashed potatoes (with butter (450 g)), vinegar and all-binder (pack of a 200 g).

Directions

  1. Heat butter in pan.
  2. Stir in chicken drumsticks around golden brown.
  3. Half the garlic for 1 min.
  4. Add cherry juice and crumbled bouillon tablet, stir and let the chicken cook gently on low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Heat in wok oil and fry onion and garlic on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  7. Half an onion mix from wokkenscheppen and keep warm.
  8. Add coal to wok and cook over high heat in 5-7 min.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Puree according to instructions on the packaging and mix with the onion garlic.
  11. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
  12. Add cherries and vinegar to the pan and bring to the boil.
  13. Stir in the all-in tie and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  14. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  15. place chicken drumsticks on 4 plates.
  16. Make cherry sauce over it and add stir-fried cabbage and puree..
