Directions
-
Ris half of the leaves of the thyme sprigs. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over high heat for 3 min. Turn down the heat, add thyme, salt and pepper. Bake 15 min. Change regularly.
-
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Pull out the pizza dough slightly larger (or use a rolling pin). Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Divide the tuna over it. Sprinkle with pepper. Divide the fried onion over it and bake the pizza in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Put the tomatoes in a bowl. Beat a 3 tablespoon of liquid from the jar of silver onions, 2 tbsp oil and salt to taste. Divide the silver onions over the tomatoes and sprinkle with the basil. Sprinkle with the dressing. Garnish the pizza with the rest of the thyme. Serve with the salad.
