Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Divide the chicken fillets into equal pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts in 2 min. Light brown.
  3. Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Divide the fruit into segments. Cut the parsley and mix with the lemon zest.
  4. Heat the cream with the water and bouillon tablet in a pan. Wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  5. Grease the oven dish with oil. Divide the tomato over the oven dish. Sprinkle the couscous over it. Pour the warm cream mixture over the couscous.
  6. Place the chicken fillet on top of the couscous and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the oven dish and let it cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the dish with parsley mixture and serve with the lemon slices.
