Quesadillas with chicken
Mexican tortillas with chicken, corn, grilled peppers and iceberg lettuce.

Cut the onion into thin rings and the paprika and chicken breast into thin strips.

Cut the lettuce into strips and drain the corn. Put the lettuce in a bowl and add the corn grains.

Add 4 tablespoons of liquid from the pot of the grilled peppers, half of the onion and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Divide the chicken, peppers, the rest of the onion and the cheese over the wraps. Sprinkle with the paprika powder.

Fold the wraps double and bake two at a time for 6 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Turn halfway.

Remove the quesadillas from the pan and keep warm in the oven. Bake the other quesadillas in the same way.
