Spareribs in oriental marinade


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, orange (scrubbed), lemon juice, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), spareribs, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely minced).

Directions

  1. Peel orange zest and press fruit. In a low bowl beat orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger root. Spareribs roll through the marinade and rub well (with hands). Cover dish and spareribs in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but preferably marinate 1 night. Occasionally return.
  2. Prepare barbecue for indirect grilling (see tip). Remove spareribs from marinade and drain. Keep the remaining marinade. Place spare ribs on drip tray above drip tray. Place the lid on the barbecue and grill spareribs for approx. 40 min. Place spare ribs on shelf, cover with semi-circular lid or aluminum foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, continue to boil over remaining marinade with 3 tbsp water and simmer for 5 min. Cut spare ribs into pieces and lay them to scale if necessary. Give heated marinade over meat and sprinkle meat with coriander. Tasty with nasi herbs atjar.
