Pasta salad with green asparagus, onion, artichoke, hüttenkäse, lamb's lettuce and serrano ham.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the woody underside of the green asparagus. Cut the asparagus into 3 cm slanted pieces and cook with the pasta for the last 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the red onions into thin half rings, put in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 2 minutes and drain.

Let the artichokes drain in the meantime. Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and cut into pieces.

Mix the lemon zest with the cottage cheese, water, pepper and salt.

Drain the pasta and asparagus and mix with the onion. Divide the lettuce and pasta over the bowls.

Cut the serrano ham into strips and spread with the artichoke, cottage cheese and lemon slices over the pasta and serve.
