Halve the meat. Fold the thin ends double and fasten with a cocktail stick.

Brush the meat with the mustard and sprinkle with pepper.

Wrap each piece of pork tenderloin in a slice of ham.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the meat in 12 min. Until done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, remove the bell houses from the apples. Cut the apples into 8 slices of about the same thickness.

Sprinkle the sugar on a plate and press the apple slices in it.

Place the apple slices with the meat in the pan and leave to brown brown in 2-3 min. Per side.

Remove the meat and apple from the pan and keep warm.

Extinguish the shortening in the pan with the wine. Stir the cakes well and season the gravy with pepper, salt and possibly some extra mustard.

Cut the meat into slices and place with the apple slices on a plate.
