Directions

  1. Halve the meat. Fold the thin ends double and fasten with a cocktail stick.
  2. Brush the meat with the mustard and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Wrap each piece of pork tenderloin in a slice of ham.
  4. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the meat in 12 min. Until done. Times regularly.
  5. In the meantime, remove the bell houses from the apples. Cut the apples into 8 slices of about the same thickness.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar on a plate and press the apple slices in it.
  7. Place the apple slices with the meat in the pan and leave to brown brown in 2-3 min. Per side.
