Stew with steak and soy sauce


Stew of sprouts, sweet prawn mix, mashed potatoes and soy sauce with steak fried in butter, with onions, thyme and some soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts for 5 minutes and drain.
  2. In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the steak over a high heat in 4 min. Brown.
  3. Add the soy sauce and scoop. Season with pepper. Remove the steak from the pan and leave it for 5 minutes under aluminum foil.
  4. In the meantime, stir the leaves of thyme from the twigs, heat the butter in the same frying pan and fry the onions and thyme for 3 min on medium heat.
  5. Add the sprouts and the soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.
  7. Mash the onion-sprout mixture coarse with the puree mash and scoop together with the raw vegetables through the mashed potatoes.
  8. Season with pepper. Cut the steak into slices and lay on the stew.
