Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Grease the pie mold, dust with flour and coated with the dough. Cut the edges just above the shape or let it hang over.

Mix the stew with the eggs and cream and season with salt and pepper. Put this mixture on the dough in the mold and smooth.

Divide the goat cheese and thyme over it and cover with a lid of onion rings. Beat the oil and honey together and brush the onion rings.

Fry the cake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
