Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pan. Let the pork ribs boil for about 5 minutes.

Let the meat drain well in a colander. Chop the onion.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into strips.

Stir in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, onion and the pepper pieces. Press the garlic above it.

Place the ribs in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them.

Leave the meat in the marinade for at least 1 hour, turn occasionally and spoon over the marinade.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven setting 4.

Put the meat with the marinade in a roasting pan and slide in the middle of the oven.

Fry the spareribs in approx. 45 min. Until done. Periodically baste the marinade from the roasting pan.
