Directions

  1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pan. Let the pork ribs boil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Let the meat drain well in a colander. Chop the onion.
  3. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into strips.

  8. Put the meat with the marinade in a roasting pan and slide in the middle of the oven.
  9. Fry the spareribs in approx. 45 min. Until done. Periodically baste the marinade from the roasting pan.
