Gnocchi carbonara

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for 3 min. Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, halve the zucchini and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut into 1 cm pieces. Slice the garlic.

Add the zucchini, garlic and some pepper to the gnocchi and cook for another 5 minutes on a high heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, put the carbonara sauce and garden peas in a pan and heat for 6 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine.

Scoop ¾ of the parsley through the gnocchi and spread over 4 plates. Divide the carbonara sauce over it and garnish with the rest of the parsley.
