Sirloin steak with apricot coffee sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, entrecotes, tomatoes, red onions, garlic, valened apricots, chili powder, ground coriander (ketoembar), ground cumin (djinten), black pepper, olive oil, tomato paste and freshly brewed strong coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 entrecotes
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g vortexed apricots
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander (ketoembar)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (djinten)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2,5 dl freshly brewed strong coffee
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Take the sirloin steak to room temperature.

Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Cut apricots into quarters.

Mix in chilli powder, coriander, cumin and pepper.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Stir in garlic, onion and apricots and gently stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Mix tomato cubes and tomato paste for approx.

2 minutes.

Sprinkle three quarters of spice mixture and add coffee.

Approx.

Simmer for 10 minutes until lightly bound sauce is formed.

Season with salt.

Grill pan until hot.

Stir the rest of the herbs through the rest of the oil and cover the meat.

Spread the steak on a high heat in about 6 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt.
-
Place the entrecotes on plates.
-
Make sauce on it, give the rest separately.
