Summer stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (peeled), butter, onions (chopped), carrots (green removed and roots washed and in oblique slices), garlic (pressed), curry powder, spring onion ((3 pieces) and in slanted slices ).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in about 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion chips.

Add the slices of carrot after 5 minutes.

Add the pressed garlic and the curry powder.

Leave on a low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the forest tips for the last 2 minutes to the root mixture.

Drain the potatoes and stamp into a coarse puree.

Mix in the root mixture.

Season with pepper, salt and extra curry powder..
