Chickpea dish with mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red pepper, mushroom melange, garlic, olive oil, sliced leek (300 g), chickpeas (a 400 g), forest mushroom soup (400 ml), fresh parsley (a 30 g) and mustard.
Pepper and mushroom cut into pieces.
Garlic peel and finely chop.
Heat oil in deep pan and fry paprika for 3 minutes.
Add garlic, leek and mushrooms and bake for another 3 minutes.
Chick peas drain.
Add to pan with soup.
Bring to the boil while stirring and boil for 5 minutes.
Parsley finely chop.
Half by stirring chickpea dish.
Mustard and add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the chickpea dish over 4 deep plates.
Sprinkle parsley over it..
