Directions

  1. Heat the oil and stir fry the cabbage bars. Add salt, pepper and stock and gently simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Roast the slices of bacon until crispy in a dry hot frying pan.
  3. Scoop the cheese and grapes through the cabbage. Serve the cabbage dish with the bacon on it. Tasty with boiled or fried potatoes.
