Stir-fried cauliflower with ginger and pork tenderloin


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower, pork tenderloin (400 g), oil, fresh ginger root (in strips), unsalted cashew nuts (minced meat), fresh coriander ((15 g), finely chopped) and lemon juice.

Directions

  1. Cut thick stalk and leaves of cauliflower.
  2. Distribute cauliflower in small florets, wash and pat dry.
  3. Cut the pork tenderloins into thin slices and dab dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Heat in heating half of oil and meat slices, if necessary in 2 portions, in 3 min.
