                            Stir-fried cauliflower with ginger and pork tenderloin
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower, pork tenderloin (400 g), oil, fresh ginger root (in strips), unsalted cashew nuts (minced meat), fresh coriander ((15 g), finely chopped) and lemon juice.

Directions
- 
                                Cut thick stalk and leaves of cauliflower.
- 
                                Distribute cauliflower in small florets, wash and pat dry.
- 
                                Cut the pork tenderloins into thin slices and dab dry with kitchen paper.
- 
                                Heat in heating half of oil and meat slices, if necessary in 2 portions, in 3 min.
- 
                                Put the meat on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 
                                Remainder of oil in wok heating and ginger strips 30 sec.
-

                                Add cauliflower florets and stir-fry 3 minutes, add 100 ml water and bring to the boil.
