Preheat the grill. Remove the woody bottom of the green asparagus and halve them.

Cut the brie into slices lengthwise with a wet knife. Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir fry the vegetables 6 min.

Crumble the walnuts above and scoop the vegetable-nut mixture in the middle of the tortillas. Fold the side over the filling and roll up the tortillas.

Grease the oven dish. Place the tortillas on the folding seam in the greased oven dish. Place the slices of brie on the tortilla.

Slide the dish under the hot grill and let the brie melt in 4 min. And brown.
