Grilled tofu with noodle salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tofu naturel (375 g), sweet soy sauce (a 500 ml), garlic (squeezed), noodles (box of 500 g), Chinese cabbage (in small strips), spring onions (bag of 3 pieces), in thin rings), oil and flower honey (liquid (pot a 600 g)).

Cut the tofu into 8 slices and put them in the ketjapmarinademet garlic from the press to marinate. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Pour the cooked noodles into a colander and rinse them under cold water. Mix the coals and almost all the spring onions and divide the salad into 4 plates.

Remove the tofu slices from the soy sauce, dab them dry and brush them in with some oil. Heat a grill pan, put the tofu in and roast them carefully brown in 2-3 minutes per side. Put the tofu on the salad in the plates. Bring the ketjapmarinademanis to the boil, add the honey and let it roast while stirring. Pour the sauce over the dish and sprinkle the reserved spring onions.
