Provencal stir-fry soup
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, Provençal spiced beef strips (about 275 g), Provencal stir-fry mix (400 g), pre-cooked mini-jars (450 g), tomato cubes (400 g), red wine, meat broth (tablet) and green olives without pip (chopped).

Heat half of oil in woks or casserole and fry the beef strips on a high heat for 1 min.

Remove meat from pan.

Vegetable mix and potatoes in rest of oil 1 min.

Stir-fry.
-
Add canned tomatoes, wine and stock and bring them to the boil.

Soup 8 min.
-
Gently boil, add halfway meat strips.

Make soup in four deep plates and distribute olives over it..
