Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon strips in 6 min. Until crispy and remove from the pan.
  3. Cut the onion and fruit for 1 min. In the remaining shortening.
  4. Add the frozen spinach. Bake for 8 minutes until the cubes have thawed and the moisture has evaporated.
  5. Add the bacon and crème fraîche.
  6. Mix the spaghetti through the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
