Heat a wok on low heat and let the Dutch vegetable pan thaw in 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the capuchin into a colander, rinse under cold running water and let it drain.

Turn the heat under the wok high and stir fry the vegetables, capuchin, silver onions and curry powder 4 min.

Add the chicken strips the last minute. Take the wok from the fire and put the endive through it.

Serve immediately. Yummy! .
