Mexican burger with jalapeño peppers, paprika, corn, iceberg lettuce and tortilla chips.

Directions

  1. Clean the peppers and lettuce and cut into strips. Sprinkle the burgers with the seasoning mix.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the burgers over medium heat in 8-10 min. Until cooked and brown, turn halfway.
  3. Cut the buns open and brush the inside with guacamole dip. Drain the corn. Spread the lettuce, peppers and corn over the rolls.
  4. Put the burgers on the buns and garnish with the jalapeño peppers. Close the sandwiches and serve with the taco chips.
