Tortilla pie with mackerel
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, smoked mackerel fillet (a 200 g), sunflower oil, Dutch stir-fry vegetables (400 g), fajita seasoning mix (35 g), tomato cubes (400 g), flour tortillas (8 pieces), crème fraîche ( 125 ml) and ground mature cheese (bag of 150 g).
