Directions

  1. Cut each onion into 8 parts and the garlic into slices. Cut the pumpkin into 4 cm wide sections. Remove the seeds and cut the parts into pieces. Cut the ham pen into pieces. Rub them with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of meat around brown. Divide the onion, garlic slices and pumpkin around the meat. Bake shoving another 2 minutes.
  3. Put the sprigs of thyme and rosemary in between and pour the stock along the edge of the pan. Stew the meat with the pumpkin with the lid tilted on the pan in 20-25 minutes until tender. Scoop occasionally. Tasty with couscous.
