Pasta with spinach cream sauce and spicy sausage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spaghetti, oil, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces), onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), spinach (frozen, 450 g), dried tarragon, tomato cubes (400 g) and crème fraîche.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package and drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bratwurst around brown.

Spoon the onion and the garlic.

Add the spinach when the onion is translucent and let it thaw on low heat with the lid on the pan.

Spoon the tarragon, tomato cubes and crème fraîche as the spinach is thawed.

Let it simmer just as gently and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Remove the sausage from the pan and cut it into pieces.

Divide the spaghetti over four plates and spoon over the spinach cream sauce.

Put the pieces of sausage there and serve immediately..
