Falafel with tomato salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic.
Put the couscous into a large bowl. Spoon the oil and 1 pressed garlic clove and salt to taste.
Pour the boiling water over and allow the couscous to cover for 8 minutes.
Prepare the falafel according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on the plates. Stir the garlic with salt and pepper to taste through the yogurt. Sprinkle with paprika.
Place the falafel on the plates at the tomato salad. Serve with couscous and yogurt.
