Green spice mie with pointed cabbage


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cabbage, onion, garlic, fresh parsley (30 g), fresh coriander (15 g), Chinese egg noodles (250 g), pumpkin seeds (a 65 g), oil and ketjap manis (Indonesian).

Directions

  1. Clean pointed cabbage and cut into thin strips.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  3. Clean and chop parsley and coriander.
  4. Chinese cooking according to instructions on the packaging.
  5. Cast off.
  6. Meanwhile, roast pumpkin seeds in hot dry frying pan for 1 min.
  7. Cool on plate.
  8. Heat in wok oil and fry onion, garlic and cabbage for 5 minutes.
  9. Add Mie, 3/4 parsley, 3/4 coriander, 3/4 pumpkin seeds and to taste soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  10. Warm up well.
  11. Mine on 4 plates and sprinkle with remaining herbs and pumpkin seeds..
