Sirloin steak with green olive sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (finely chopped), butter, fresh green tapenade (100 g), dry white wine, cooking cream, freshly ground black pepper and entrecotes (at room temperature).

Cook in the shallot shallot in 1 tbsp butter for 2 min.

Add olive tapenade and fry for 1 min.

Add half of wine and stir in cream.

Place the sauce on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the entrecotes with pepper.

Heat the remainder of the butter in frying pan and cook the ribs, depending on the desired doneness, 2-4 min.

Place the entrecotes on four warm plates.

Stir the rest of the wine through the remaining cooking fat, loosen the battering and stir the gravy through the sauce.

Create sauce over entrecotes.

Tasty with cooked potatoes and broccoli..
