Hamburgers with spinach and white cheese
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wholemeal bread (without crust), lemon (grated and pressed), onion (in pieces), minced beef, fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), ground pimento, ground cumin (djinten) , olive oil, pine nuts, leaf spinach (frozen, split cubes) and white cheese cubes.

In food processor, toast bread, lemon juice and grated rind and onion until finely ground. Mix bread with minced meat, with parsley, allspice, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tbsp oil. Season with a lot of salt and pepper. Mix 8 burgers from minced meat. Store in a refrigerator until use. Grill 1 tbsp oil in saucepan just before roasting burgers. Pine nuts quickly fry golden brown. Add spinach and defrost on medium heat. Melt cheese cubes in spinach sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and cumin. Take the pan of fire and keep it warm on a barbecue.

Fight the citizens on both sides with the rest of oil. Burgers (in hamburgers clamp) on barbecue in 6-8 minutes brown and cooked to roast. Place the burgers on four plates and create spinach sauce next to them.
