Curry sprouts
Brussels sprouts with onion, smoked bacon, leek, mushrooms, garlic, curry powder, coarse mustard, sambal, thyme and whipped cream.

Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and the bacon into strips.

Clean the leeks and cut the leeks into thin rings. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Press the garlic.
