Brussels sprouts with onion, smoked bacon, leek, mushrooms, garlic, curry powder, coarse mustard, sambal, thyme and whipped cream.
Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and the bacon into strips.

Add the beetroot sprouts and a dash of cream.
