Curry sprouts


Brussels sprouts with onion, smoked bacon, leek, mushrooms, garlic, curry powder, coarse mustard, sambal, thyme and whipped cream.

Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and the bacon into strips.
  3. Clean the leeks and cut the leeks into thin rings. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Press the garlic.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan the oil and fry the onion and the bacon until golden brown.
  5. Add the leeks, mushrooms and the garlic and fry them.
  6. Add the curry, mustard, sambal and a dash of water.
  7. Remove the leaves of thyme from the twigs and add them to the vegetable mixture.
  8. Add the beetroot sprouts and a dash of cream.
