Thai burgers with cucumber salad
Thai burgers of minced beef with salad onion, coriander, ginger and cucumber salad with sweet chili sauce.

Cut the salad onions into very thin rings. Cut the coriander coarsely. Peel and grate the ginger.

Cut the pepper into thin rings. Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit.

Mix half of the salad onion, half of the coriander, ginger, red pepper and lime zest through the mince. Season with the fish sauce.

Make oval burgers from the minced meat and sprinkle them on both sides with the sesame seeds.

Heat the sunflower oil and sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in about 10 minutes on both sides until golden brown and cooked.

Peel the cucumbers, halve in length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut the halves into thin slices.

Mix with the rest of the sesame oil, the lime juice and the rest of the salad onion and coriander.

Make a 'leaflet' of a few leaves of lettuce and put a burger on it. Drizzle with the chili sauce. Put a few leaves of lettuce on it.

Repeat with the rest of the lettuce and the burgers. Serve with the cucumber salad.
