Japanese steak
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, (bullet) steaks, butter, sesame oil, freshly ground black pepper, shiitake mushrooms (in four), sherry, Japanese soy sauce, roasted sesame seeds and bunched onion (in pieces).

Stir the steak to room temperature and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Generously grind pepper above it.

Heat butter in large frying pan and fry steak rosé.

Remove the steak from the pan, sprinkle with salt and keep warm in aluminum foil.

In the remaining cooking fat and sesame oil mushrooms in 3 min.

Browning on high heat.

Quench with sherry, soy sauce and, if necessary, a dash of water.

Sesame seeds and pepper to taste over it.

Place the steak on four warm plates and shiitake sauce on top and next to steak.

Garnish with spring onions..
