Pizza with mozzarella, red onion, egg and Parma ham, served with a salad of spinach and beetroot.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 240 ºC.
  2. Place the pizza bases on a piece of parchment paper and brush with the pasta sauce.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings. Divide the onion and mozzarella over the bottoms. Break two eggs above each pizza. Bake the pizzas for about 10 minutes in the oven. If you bake them one above the other, change the baking trays after 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the lettuce and the raw vegetables beetroot in a bowl. Take the pizzas out of the oven and put the slices of ham on them. Serve with the salad.
