Directions

  1. Prepare the spring rolls according to the instructions on the package. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the garlic. Wash the bell pepper and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber, remove the seed list and cut into slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the garlic and paprika for about 1 minute. Add the cucumber and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the rice and stir-fry 2 minutes. Change regularly. Add the beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Serve the bean rice with spring rolls and dipping sauce.
