Bring the water to a boil. Put the dried mushrooms in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Leave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and possibly salt and cook the pasta in 8 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the shallots and cut into rings. Cut the fresh mushrooms coarsely.

Add the shallot, fresh mushrooms and rosemary to the bacon and cook for another 4 minutes.

Meanwhile let the soaked mushrooms drain and absorb the moisture.

Cut them fine and add the crème fraîche and spaghetti to the frying pan with the collected liquid, and mix.

Season with pepper. Spread over deep plates and sprinkle with the cheese.
