Stir fried noodles with shrimps and leeks

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Drain, rinse cold water and drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the leek for 2 minutes at medium height.
  4. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise and add to the leek with the wok sauce.
  5. Stir fry until the shrimps are light pink.
  6. Cut the noodles a few times and add last.
  7. Stir fry for a few minutes and pour in the coriander and peanuts just before serving.
  8. Tasty with a lime wedge.
