A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pandan rice (pack 400 g), chicken drumsticks, sunflower oil, boemboe (ajam paniki (295 g)), pak choi, broad beans (300 g and frozen).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan in 4 min. Around golden brown. Add the Bumbu spice and 150 ml water and bring to the boil. Cook the chicken over low heat in 20 min. Meanwhile cut the bok choy into pieces.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for 3 minutes. Add the pak choi. Stir through and immediately remove from the heat, so that the bok choy stays crispy. Divide the chicken with the vegetables over 4 plates. Serve with the rice.
