                            Tender beef in spicy tomato sauce
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak, oil, smoked bacon strips, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), tomatoes ((roma), grounded and diced), red peppers (finely chopped), oregano, bay leaves and meat stock ( pot).

- 
                                Cut the steak into 2 cm cubes and allow to come to room temperature.
 - 
                                Heat oil in frying pan and broil bacon strips.
 - 
                                Remove bacon from pan.
 - 
                                In bacon fat steak on high heat in 3 min.
 - 
                                Around brown and inside rosé containers.
 - 
                                Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
 - 
                                Turn the fire low, fry for 5 minutes in shortening.
 - 
                                Add garlic last minute.
 - 
                                Add tomato, pepper, leaves of oregano and bay leaf and gently fry for another 5 minutes.
 - 
                                Pour the fond into pan and reduce the sauce for another 5 minutes.
 - 
                                Stir in the steak and bacon strips and continue for 30 seconds.
 - 
                                co-heat.
 - 
                                Season with salt.
 - 
                                Serve with roasted potatoes and roasted corn cobs..
