Tender beef in spicy tomato sauce


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak, oil, smoked bacon strips, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), tomatoes ((roma), grounded and diced), red peppers (finely chopped), oregano, bay leaves and meat stock ( pot).

Directions

  1. Cut the steak into 2 cm cubes and allow to come to room temperature.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan and broil bacon strips.
  3. Remove bacon from pan.
  4. In bacon fat steak on high heat in 3 min.
  5. Around brown and inside rosé containers.
  6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
  7. Turn the fire low, fry for 5 minutes in shortening.
  8. Add garlic last minute.
  9. Add tomato, pepper, leaves of oregano and bay leaf and gently fry for another 5 minutes.
