Heat the chicken stock in a large pan at medium height.

Add the soy sauce, ginger, red pepper and chicken and let simmer.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 7 minutes, frighten, peel and halve them.

Then add the noodles, Asian vegetables and snow peas to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes until the noodles are done.
