Directions

  1. Heat the chicken stock in a large pan at medium height.
  2. Add the soy sauce, ginger, red pepper and chicken and let simmer.
  3. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in 7 minutes, frighten, peel and halve them.
  4. Then add the noodles, Asian vegetables and snow peas to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes until the noodles are done.
  5. Serve the soup in large bowls with the coriander and the boiled eggs in parts.
