Focaccias sandwich
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, focaccia (pre-fried), breakfast bacon (sliced, approx. 125 g), olive oil, dried Provençal herbs, iceberg lettuce (in strips), mozzarella cheese (in slices) and tomatoes (in slices).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC and bake focaccia in 6-8 min.

Fry slices of crispy bacon in hot frying pan.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Mix in oil with Provençal herbs.

Halve bread and cut open.

Place the lower halves on four plates and drip with some herbal oil.

Split half of iceberg lettuce.
-
Put mozzarella, tomato and breakfast bacon on top of it.
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with remaining oil.

Cover with top bread halves.

Divide the rest of iceberg lettuce around sandwiches..
