Lime-pepper rub
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lime, black peppercorns, garlic and olive oil.

Mix in a bowl the grated green skin and the juice of 1 scooped lime with 2 tbsp crushed black peppercorns (this goes easily in a mortar), 2 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Rub the meat or fish into the mixture and leave for at least 30 minutes..
