Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Peel the peaches and cut the flesh into segments. Heat the oil in a wok. Sear the meat in about 5 minutes.

Add the vegetable mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add the ketjap marinadetoe and bake for about 1 min. Warm the peaches for approx. 1 min. Sprinkle the dish with cashew nuts. Serve with rice.
