Tropical nasi goreng with cashew nuts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pineapple (sun and fruit (400 g)), rice (white (bag a 1 kg)), chicken stock, oil, chicken fillet (diced), Thai stir-fry mix (400 g) and cashew nuts ( salted a 150 g).
Drain the pineapple and collect the moisture.
Pour the pineapple liquid into a pan and fill it with water to 700 ml.
Sprinkle in the rice, add the bouillon tablet and bring it to the boil while stirring.
Boil the rice further according to the instructions on the package and drain.
Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir fry the chicken fillet in it golden brown.
Add the Thai stir-fry mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the rice, the pineapple and the cashew nuts and stir-fry the whole for about 5 minutes, or until the rice is golden brown.
Divide the nasi herb goreng over 4 plates..
