Spaghetti with minced meat and garlic olives
Delicious Italian pasta recipe with minced meat, pine nuts, tomato sauce, basil and garlic olives.

Bake the minced meat in 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in a mince pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown.

Add the tomato sauce to the minced meat and heat on low heat for 15 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the basil into strips.

Drain the pasta and scoop it through the sauce. Add half of the basil.

Sprinkle the spaghetti with the olives, pine nuts, the rest of the basil and the grated young cheese.
