Chicken in spicy tomato sauce and eggplant


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken medallions (a ca. 250 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), cinnamon sticks, tomato cubes (400 g), dried oregano, onions (finely chopped), aubergine (in cubes) and crème fraîche.

Directions

  1. Pile chicken medallions with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry chicken on both sides.
  3. Add garlic and cinnamon and shortly.
  4. Add tomato cubes and season with chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the chicken on a low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Simmer.
  7. In frying pan onion for 5 minutes in the rest of oil fruit.
  8. Add aubergine and stir-fry.
  9. Stir in crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Covered aubergine on low heat for 20 minutes.
  11. Chicken with tomato sauce on four plates.
  12. Serve aubergine next to it.
  13. Tasty with wild and white rice..
