Mussel meal with beer
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh mussels (a 2 kilo), olive oil, oriental wok vegetables (400 g), white beer, Flemish fries (frozen 750 g), mixed salad (a 200 g), salad dressing natural, mustard sauce (a 250 ml) and frying fat.

Heat frying fat.

Mussels thoroughly rinse under cold running water.

Opened mussels with a rounded edge against countertop.

Heat oil in two large deep pans.
