Delicious pork tenderloin with a creamy sauce served with potatoes and green beans.

Directions

  1. Halve the pork tenderloin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pork tenderloin in 5 min. Brown.
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Take the meat out of the pan. Fry the onion and paprika in the shortening. Add the finesse and bring to the boil.
  3. Put the pork tenderloin in the pan and roast completely uncovered for 10 minutes. Times regularly.
  4. Cook the potatoes in 10 minutes until done. Clean the green beans and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Slice the chives and stir in the sauce.
  5. Season the sauce with pepper and salt.
  6. Serve the pork tenderloin with sauce, potatoes and green beans.
