Broccoli quiche with spring onions and bacon

Preheat the oven to 200ºC and grease the quiche mold.

Boil the broccoli florets for about 3 minutes and drain them. Rinse under cold water and allow to drain well.

Line the bottom of the cake pan with parchment paper and cover the mold with the dough. Prick the dough floor with a fork.

Bake the bacon cubes in a dry, hot frying pan. Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper.

Divide the broccoli, bacon cubes, spring onions and grated cheese over the dough base. Pour the egg mixture over and fry the cake in the oven in 35-40 minutes until golden brown and done.

Delicious with a tomato cucumber salad.
