Stew of potato, kidney beans and sausage.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the onion from the bag stew vegetables 2 min. Bake the carrot from the bag stew vegetables 2-3 min.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes.
  3. Place the potatoes on the stew vegetables and add a bottom of water.
  4. Put the lid on the pan and cook the vegetables and potatoes in 15 minutes until done.
  5. In the meantime, heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Drain the vegetables and potatoes and collect the cooking liquid.
  7. Mash the vegetables and potatoes with the puree tamper coarse and add so much cooking liquid that a smooth puree is created.
  8. Add the drained brown beans and heat for a further 1 minute on low heat. Season with the celery leaves, pepper and salt.
  9. Put the stew on plates and serve with the smoked sausage.
