Sprinkle the meat with flour mixed with salt, pepper and clove powder.
Heat the oil and fry the meat brown on both sides. Tasty with mashed potatoes and red cabbage.
Remove the meat from the pan and fry the shallots in the shortening.
Add orange juice, stock and 2 tablespoons of honey and heat.
Place the meat in it and roast with the lid for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
If necessary, tie the dish with an all-tie or diluted cornstarch.
Fry the orange slices briefly in the rest of the honey. Serve the sukad meat with slices of orange.
